The space
Outdoor living at Fairways Abound starts on the deck at the back corner of the house, with the RTJ 10th fairway in view and the kitchen just inside, so cooking for a crowd is easy — prep inside, step out, and you're at the grill. Two six-burner grills provide enough cooking space for the entire crew, with no waiting in line for the next steak or burger. An outdoor dining table seats 8 under a large umbrella for shaded lunches and long dinners overlooking the course. Downstairs, the hot tub sits on the covered porch just off the game room: sink in after a round and watch the last light fade over the course.

Inside, the main level opens into a generous living area anchored by a gas fireplace and windows that frame the fairway. The kitchen is built for a group: seating for 8 at the kitchen table, gas cooktop, double ovens (one convection), full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, a large island with a breakfast bar, deep pantry, and counter space for a full breakfast spread before an early tee time. The formal dining room seats 10 more for the evening meal. Off the living area, a sunroom with a direct golf course view is the best spot for morning coffee. The main-level king suite has a private bath and sunroom access. 1,000 Mbps WiFi handles anyone who needs to stay connected between rounds.

Just off the main hall, the Bridal Room is set up for the morning of: a dedicated vanity with a lit mirror for hair and makeup, a full-length mirror for the final look, and valet rods to hang the dress and the bridesmaids' gowns wrinkle-free. It's a quiet, private space sized for the bride and her stylist, with a bathroom right next door, and it's all on the main level — no carrying a gown down the stairs.

The upper level is the group's social core. A loft family room overlooks the living room below, with a Smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa for whoever claims the lounge. Around it: a king primary suite with private bath, three bedrooms with two queens each, and a twin room — ideal for couples or pairs who want their own space.

The basement is where the round gets replayed. The game room is built for a crowd: a full-size pool table, dartboard, table-tennis top, and an indoor putting green for settling bets that didn't get settled on the 18th. A retro VW-bus bar, old-school popcorn machine, and snack cart keep everyone fueled, with the game on the Smart TV. Step through to the adjoining lounge for poker night — a dedicated card table with chips, a second gas fireplace, and a wall-sized golf mural — or walk straight out to the covered porch and the hot tub. Parking
Two-car attached garage on the main level plus additional driveway space — parking for the full group at no charge. The garage connects directly to the main level. Please keep all vehicles in the garage or driveway; street parking is not permitted per HOA rules. No RV or trailer parking on the property.
